On the "Songs" page of this site, there are more than 500 original songs. After each title, I noted where the vocal is by a female in case anyone wants to listen just to male or female, and I noted the genre (not necessarily an easy task nowadays).
I use Broadjam to pitch only to sync opportunities that specifically accept AI. I either own outright or control through co-writers the copyrights to the underlying musical compositions (UMCs) of all the songs on this site. With the exception of the instrumentals, all the sound recordings (SRs) on this site were arrived at as follows. In every case, I used musical tracks I fashioned from non-AI software, combined with professional studio recordings of lead vocals and harmonies (and then mixed and mastered), all in Nashville. I either own outright or control through co-writers the copyrights to the original SRs of all of the songs on this site.
I have taken the original SRs and run them through an AI program. I instructed the AI program to use 100% of my lyrics and as close to 100% of my melody as possible ("my" being inclusive of co-writers). The purpose of using AI in this way is to change the vocalist (including male to female or vice versa) and to make current the musical production. Anyone wishing to compare the original SR to the AI-assisted SR may do so by visiting my original music website at http://www.solidsterlingmusic.com and "searching" for the song in question (alphabetical list and link). Because I pay for the AI assistance at the highest level, it is legally clear that I own the resulting SRs for all purposes. To quote from my contract with the AI service: "You can use your songs commercially." Given the above, the songs on this site are one-stop licensing.
This website allows music libraries, music supervisors, music publishers, artists, producers, and A&R departments to peruse Solid Sterling Music's catalog in pursuit of exactly what is needed for a motion picture, television program, commercial, video game, music library, website, recording project, or the like. A multiplicity of genres may be found on this site. In many cases, the same song comes with both male and female vocal versions and in several genres. Any music-licensing professional who desires recordings (MP3, etc., with metadata) and lyrics of any of this music may obtain them by emailing don@solidsterlingmusic.com.
